follow the plugin readme to install and config, and DO NOT FORGET TO add $this->enablePlugins('sfSslRequirementPlugin'); in trunk/config/ProjectConfiguration.class.php

otherwise you get

Fatal error: Class 'sfSslRequirementFilter' not found
