I've recently finished my first Symfony2 project and even if I know about Capifony I was looking for a fast and easy way to deploy this and my future projects.
After a short search I've found this bundle http://knpbundles.com/dator/DeployBundle but it wasn't working (At least for me) so I've just forked and updated it !
In this way you can deploy your Symfony2 application the same way you were used to do with Symfony 1.4
